According to NASS, U.S. stocks of Swiss cheese in all warehouse as of August 31, 2016 totaled 26.0 million pounds, 17% above a year ago and 1% more than last month. In the U.S., wholesale domestic blue, gorgonzola, parmesan and Romano cheese prices decreased $0.0825 following lower weekly average CME Group block prices. The remaining prices are unchanged.
