This is moving prices within the EU up. Cheese manufacturers are seeking to increase production but the seasonally declining milk supply is complicating those efforts. In the U.S., wholesale domestic blue, gorgonzola, parmesan and Romano cheese prices increased $0.0450 following higher weekly average CME Group block prices. Swiss cuts Switzerland decreased $0.1000. The remaining prices are unchanged.
