FOREIGN TYPE CHEESE      

                                        
Foreign type, domestically produced, cheese prices are lower. Demand is 
increasing as the holidays near with semi-hard cheeses being most 
desired. Some manufacturers are adjusting production schedules so they 
are in line with current sales in order to keep stock levels in check. 
Some producers have adequate stocks of aged product.
