MD_DA811 DA MD DA811 Cheese - Foreign Type MADISON, WI. January 21, 2015 (REPORT 3) FOREIGN TYPE CHEESE Prices for domestic foreign type cheeses declined this week, erasing the gains made last week. Imported and Swiss cheese prices were unchanged. Wholesalers are establishing their Q2 orders and negotiating contracts. Global and domestic supplies are readily available. Some buyers are being conservative with their Q2 orders, because of the markets' weak undertone and the possibility of lower prices in the future.
