CHEDDAR CHEESE:                                                  

Cheddar cheese prices are mixed in a quiet market. Production is steady 
as most producers are getting a good return. Export demand is stable 
to increasing, especially into the U.S. Milk supplies are being 
diverted away from whole milk powder in order to make cheese. 
According to GTIS, New Zealand July exports of cheese have increased 
after a three month decrease and are up YTD 19.6% over last year.
