CHEDDAR CHEESE:  Oceania cheddar cheese prices moved lower on both ends 
of the range.  The recently concluded Japan negotiations saw increased 
competition from Europe.  The market tone is weaker as supplies in the 
northern hemisphere are increasing.  Milk intakes are steady at 
seasonally low levels.  Cheese production is at the low point of the 
cycle.  Cheese is being made to fill domestic needs and limited export 
needs.
