CHEDDAR CHEESE:  Cheddar prices held steady this reporting period.  
Fairly tight supplies in Australia are limiting volumes available for 
export with domestic prices above export levels.  Supplies are available 
in New Zealand.  Cheddar has seen some production increases in recent 
weeks, due to favorable returns.  The weaker currencies in Australian and 
New Zealand supports the market's firm undertone.
