CHEDDAR CHEESE:  Cheddar prices were unchanged.  Milk flows going to 
cheese production have been augmented with some milk diversions from WMP 
production, resulting in some marginal increases in production.  Domestic 
demand is good and exports are performing well, but are encountering 
increased competition from the U.S.  The market undertone is steady to 
weak.  According to GTIS, November cheese imports into China increased, 
compared to the previous month.  New Zealand and Australia were the top 2 
exporters of cheese into China.  January to November cheese imports into 
China are 43% above year ago levels.
