WHEY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE 34% - CENTRAL AND WEST                         

Whey protein concentrate 34% prices are unchanged. Manufacturers that make 
highly desired brands of WPC34% have locked in prices at levels in the 
upper end of the range and are getting regular requests from buyers. 
Producers of WPC34% that is interchangeable with other protein sources 
have not been able to gain any momentum for sales outside of regular 
contracts. Demand for this type of WPC34% is tepid, with buyers only 
making purchases as needed. U.S. WPC34% production is stable, but has been 
declining for the last few years. A few industry contacts report there may 
be more international WPC34% production capacity coming online in the next 
year. Currently, U.S. WPC34% inventories are tight to comfortable.
