WHEY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE 34% - CENTRAL AND WEST                         
                                                                        
Prices are unchanged to higher in the range, but steady in the mostly 
series. Production volumes tend to be steady, however, shifts by some 
manufacturers to whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate 80% 
production, prevent WPC 34% from keeping pace with the strong demand. 
Producers' holdings mainly clear through customer contracts and most 
stocks are committed. The market notes spot transactions are limited due 
to tight inventories. Resale markets are actively meeting some of the 
purchasing needs. The market undertone remains firm.
