WHEY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE - CENTRAL AND WEST                             

Whey protein concentrate 34% prices were mostly steady this week on 
limited spot market activity. However, several spot sales moved the bottom 
of the range price series lower. A few market participants note a little 
more activity in domestic markets than in export channels. Production is 
relatively steady. Some manufacturers report inventories being tight or 
committed through the end of the year. The market tone remains weak.
