WHEY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE - CENTRAL AND WEST                             

Prices for whey protein concentrate 34% are steady to lower this week. 
While the price range held steady, the bottom of the mostly series stepped 
down as some manufacturers worked to clear inventories before the 
beginning of Q4. Buyers seemed willing to make purchases and some 
manufacturers note product being placed into buyer inventories. WPC34% 
production is steady to lower. Some processors are starting to build 
contracts for 2016. Industry contacts report generally high inventories 
across the industry.
