WHEY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE - CENTRAL AND WEST                             

Prices for whey protein concentrate 34% moved lower again this week. 
Industry contacts report generally heavy inventories. Other manufacturers 
note tighter or committed stocks. Production is steady to lower. Some 
processors are shifting production to whey protein isolates or whey powder 
in order to fill specific market requests or to try to improve the 
economic value of protein per unit. The market tone for WPC34% is weak.
