WHEY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE - CENTRAL AND WEST                             

Whey protein concentrate 34% prices moved slightly lower on the mostly 
range for this week. The market tone continues to be weak, and much of the 
market for whey proteins appears to be out of balance.  Inventories tend 
to be long and demand for whey protein concentrate has been limited.  
Manufacturers appear willing to blend back or discount loads in order to 
move WPC 80%.
