WHEY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE - CENTRAL AND WEST                             
                                                                        
Whey protein concentrate 34% prices are mostly lower on a weak market. 
Interest covers a wide spectrum, with buyers for the human food market 
being active while buyers of edible WPC 34% for use in animal feed blends 
are finding plentiful protein sources elsewhere. With cheese production 
ongoing, WPC 34% production is also steady at many locations. Availability 
from manufacturers varies. Some producers are short on filling near-term 
commitments while others have ample to burdensome stocks.
