LACTOSE - CENTRAL AND WEST                                                      

Lactose prices are steady. Manufacturers' inventories are a little tight. A few 
processors say they are sold out until early 2016. Production remains steady, 
but overall demand is quiet. Some industry contacts report getting prices just 
slightly higher for Q1 contracts.

Including spot sales and up to 3 month contracts.
