LACTOSE - CENTRAL AND WEST                                                      

Lactose prices are unchanged with light activity. Regular customers continue to 
take shipments. Many manufacturers are working on Q1 2016 agreements. 
Inventories are generally slowly declining. Lactose production is steady to 
lower as some manufacturers have limited their production runs.

Including spot sales and up to 3 month contracts.
