Casein prices for both acid and rennet are unchanged this week. Industry 
contacts are watching and waiting for more indication of how the New Zealand 
milk production season will unfold and what that could mean for potential 
impacts on casein prices. In the month of August, New Zealand milk production 
increases rapidly and casein production could follow suit.
