CASEIN - NATIONAL      

Rennet casein prices are steady, as are acid casein prices. Inventories 
are believed to be tightening in some producing countries, but available 
casein is mostly going to fill contracts and is not involved with spot 
market activity. Developing supply tightness will be reflected in coming 
weeks, or even months, if it persists. There was little spot market 
activity or interest this holiday shortened week.
