Acid casein prices are steady to slightly higher. The market tone is 
firming with higher quotes noted for Q1 2017. Current buyer interest is 
stable to contracted accounts. Rennet casein prices are unchanged. Market 
interest is steady. Some additional upticks in analog type cheeses are 
noted for the season. There are some concerns about future casein 
availability due to lower milk production in key areas of New Zealand and 
also Europe, notably for Ireland and France.
