Following a quiet trading week, rennet and acid casein prices are unchanged. 
Casein production is in the early stages of normal increases in some of the 
EU, which follows seasonal increases in milk production. Customers are aware 
of higher volumes which will soon become available, so they are in no hurry 
to build inventories. Contracts for second quarter are mostly finalized, 
with some early discussions concerning quarter 3 underway.

U.S. WAREHOUSE FOR EDIBLE NONRESTRICTED AND VARY ACCORDING
