CASEIN - NATIONAL                                                
               
Casein prices were unchanged in a soft market. The market tone is 
weak. Production has declined as most manufacturers are committed 
through Q4. Negotiations are still underway for 2016. Producers want 
to contract as much as possible as prices are competitive. At the 
August 4 GDT event 145, the average winning price for rennet casein 
for all contract periods decreased 2.7% to $5,289/MT.
