CASEIN - NATIONAL                                                
                                                                 
Pricing of both acid and rennet casein is steady.  The market undertone 
remains weak.  Buying interest is mostly light with orders being shipped 
on prior contracts.  Milk volumes going to casein manufacturers in 
European producing countries remain fairly strong.  Looking further ahead 
into the new production year, New Zealand's outlook report from the 
minister of primary industries calls for a 1.35% decline in milk solids 
for the coming season.

U.S. WAREHOUSE FOR EDIBLE NONRESTRICTED AND VARY ACCORDING
