Rennet and acid casein prices held steady this week.  Prospective Q3 
casein buyers are pointing to increased production in the EU and 
continued availability from Oceania to make their case for lower Q3 
pricing.  Demand for both types of casein is sluggish as most buyers have 
their near term needs covered and have confidence that spot market 
supplies are readily available if needed.  The market undertone is weak.

SPOT SALES AND UP TO 3 MONTH CONTRACTS.  PRICES ARE F.O.B.,      
U.S. WAREHOUSE FOR EDIBLE NONRESTRICTED AND VARY ACCORDING
