DRY WHOLE MILK - NATIONAL                                        
                                                                 
National dry whole milk f.o.b. prices are mixed on a narrower 
range. The bottom of the pricing range shifted up due to some 
transactions based on specific brands. Sales in the spot market 
are currently slow. However, the usage of dry whole milk to 
process cocoa mix is active. Overall, the market tone is firmer 
in the East and stable in the West and Central regions. Dry whole 
milk manufacturing is sporadic, dictated by contractual 
requirements. Inventories are in balance with contract needs, but 
slightly tight in the spot market.
