DRY WHOLE MILK - NATIONAL                                        
                                                             
F.O.B. spot prices for national dry whole milk are steady to 
higher as some spot transactions pulled up the top of the pricing 
range. The strong demand and firmer premiums for fat are boosting 
dry whole milk values, according to some industry contacts. 
Across the nation, spot trading is light to moderate. The market 
undertone is mostly bullish in each region of the country. 
Overall, the demand is fair to good. Dry whole milk production is 
sporadic as the bulk of condensed milk supplies are clearing into 
Class II. Dry whole milk inventories are steady to lower.
