DRY WHOLE MILK - NATIONAL                                        
                                                             
F.O.B. spot prices for national dry whole milk are unchanged, in 
line with current offshore WMP values. Nationwide, spot trading 
is light this week. The market undertone is mostly balanced in 
each region of the country. Overall, the demand is fair to good. 
Dry whole milk production is irregular, based on contractual 
needs. Inventories vary from plant to plant.
