DRY WHOLE MILK - NATIONAL                                        
                                                                 
National dry whole milk f.o.b. spot prices are unchanged on light 
trading. Some manufacturers' offers priced at 5-10 cents below 
the bottom of the range are expected to be finalized throughout 
the next few weeks. At this point, the market undertone varies in 
each region of the country. In order to reduce some cream 
inventories, several processors are actively drying condensed 
milk. Therefore, dry whole milk inventories are steadily 
increasing.
