DRY WHOLE MILK - NATIONAL                                        
                                                                 
F.O.B. spot prices for national dry whole milk are mixed on a 
narrower range. U.S. dry whole milk prices are more in line with 
international WMP values. The market undertone for national dry 
whole milk is stable. Spot trading activity is more active this 
week. Dry whole milk production is steady, but is expected to be 
higher ahead of the spring flush. Inventories are adequate to 
cover spot market needs, as well as contact requirements.
