DRY WHOLE MILK - NATIONAL                                        
                                                                 
National dry whole milk f.o.b. spot prices are mixed as some spot 
transactions pulled down the bottom price of the range. The 
market undertone is mixed. Spot sales activity is light. 
Production is sporadic, mainly dictated by contractual needs. 
However, some processors expect to increase production ahead of 
the upcoming baking season. Inventories vary from plant to plant.
