DRY WHOLE MILK - NATIONAL                                        

National dry whole milk f.o.b. spot prices are steady to higher. A few 
spot sales increased the top of the price range. Dry whole milk production 
is active as demands for butterfat are decreasing among Class II 
processors. Dry whole milk is moving well through regular contracts. Some 
industry contacts suggest inventories of dry whole milk have become more 
readily available in parts of the country.
