Prices for national dry whole milk are steady on light trading. 
The market undertone varies throughout the country. A few 
processors are clearing aged supplies selling at prices below the 
bottom of the range. Dry schedules are sporadic in most plants. 
Inventories are sufficient to cover contractual needs.
