DRY WHOLE MILK - NATIONAL                                        

F.O.B. spot prices for national dry whole milk are unchanged on 
light trading. At this point, national prices are below 
international prices, opening a potential opportunity for export.
The domestic market undertone is mixed throughout the country. 
Dry whole milk manufacturing is sporadic, based on contractual 
needs. Inventories are steady.
