DRY WHOLE MILK - NATIONAL                                        
                                                                 
F.O.B. spot prices for dry whole milk are unchanged on light 
trading. The market undertone is mixed throughout the country. 
Demands from the bakery and confectionary sectors are slightly 
improving as the Q4 holiday season approach. However, sales are 
mostly based on contracts. Production is steady. Inventories vary 
from plant to plant.
