DRY WHOLE MILK - NATIONAL                                        
                                                                 
National dry whole milk prices are steady to lower this week. A 
few spot sales in different regions of the country pushed down 
the top of the range. Demands from the bakery and confectionary 
sectors are fair to good. Dry whole milk manufacturing is 
trending lower as less manufacturing milk volumes are available 
to dry. The market undertone is mixed throughout the country. 
Nationwide, inventories vary from plant to plant.
