DRY WHOLE MILK - NATIONAL                                        
                                                           
Prices for national dry whole milk are steady. Sales in the 
f.o.b. spot market are light. The market undertone continues 
weak. Demand from the bakery sector is sluggish. Dry whole milk 
manufacturing is sporadic, mostly driven by contractual needs. 
Inventories are steady. DAIRY PRODUCTS:  According to NASS, U.S. 
unadjusted production of dry whole milk during March 2016 
totaled 10.0 million pounds, 26.8% lower than a year ago, but 
15.3% above the previous month.
