DRY WHOLE MILK - NATIONAL                                        
                                                                 
Prices for dry whole milk are mixed as some spot sales from 
manufacturers pushed down the bottom price of the range. The 
market undertone is weak. Competitive international prices 
continue putting pressure on the domestic market. Many 
processors are trying to clear inventories, offering loads at 
lower prices. Production is sporadic, mostly based on 
contractual needs. Inventories are steady to higher.
