DRY WHOLE MILK - NATIONAL                                        
                                                                 
Dry whole milk prices are mixed. Some spot sales pulled up the 
bottom price of the range, while other spot sales pushed down 
the top. The market undertone is weak. Some manufacturers are 
offering moderate supplies at discount prices, but buyers are 
hesitant to buy at this moment. Dry whole milk production is 
irregular, mostly dictated by contractual needs. Inventories are 
steady to building.
