DRY WHOLE MILK - NATIONAL   

Dry whole milk prices are mixed. Some f.o.b. spot sales pushed 
the bottom of the range down. In addition, international prices 
are putting some pressure on the domestic prices. The market 
undertone is weak. Sales in the f.o.b. spot market are generally 
slow. Interest from bakers is soft. However, some processors 
anticipate better demand during the upcoming confectionary 
season. Production is sporadic, determined by the current 
contractual needs. Inventories are steady.
