DRY WHOLE MILK - NATIONAL                                        


Dry whole milk prices are steady to lower. This week, spot sales 
have been less active. Production is intermittent and is mostly 
dictated by contractual needs. Some manufacturers anticipate an 
increase in demand as the spring holiday baking season 
approaches. Inventories are mixed. This week, a cooperative 
export assistance program accepted requests for 352,740 pounds
