DRY WHOLE MILK - NATIONAL                                        

F.O.B. spot prices for dry whole milk are lower on a weaker 
market. Lower global prices are putting some pressure on 
domestic prices. Sales in the spot market have been light to 
moderate. Production is irregular and is mostly based on 
contractual needs. Inventories are steady to building. This 
week, a cooperative export assistance program accepted requests 
for 4.133 million pounds of dry whole milk.
