DRY WHOLE MILK - NATIONAL                                        

Prices for dry whole milk are lower to steady. Some spot sales 
pulled down the bottom price of the range. Spot sales have been 
light throughout the week. Production is sporadic. Some 
processors are expecting to increase the output as the spring 
holiday baking season is near. Inventories are unchanged. This 
week, a cooperative export assistance program accepted requests 
for 663,592 pounds of dry whole milk.
