DRY WHOLE MILK - NATIONAL                                        
                                                                 
                                                                
Dry whole milk f.o.b. spot prices are unchanged. The market 
undertone continues to be weak. Most sales are based on 
contractual needs. Exports are active. Production is steady. 
Supplies are mixed throughout the country. The December 2015 
Dairy Market News monthly average for the National price series 
for dry whole milk is $1.3670 compared to $1.5430 a year ago. 
DAIRY PRODUCTS:  According to NASS, U.S. production of dry whole 
milk during November 2015 totaled 5.8 million pounds, 3.5% lower 
than a year ago, but 11.4% higher than the previous month.
