DRY WHOLE MILK - NATIONAL            

Dry whole milk spot prices are higher to steady. The market 
undertone is mixed. Demand is slightly improving as the Q4 
holiday season approach. However, sales are mostly based on 
contracts. Production is steady. Inventories vary from plant to 
plant.
