DRY WHOLE MILK - NATIONAL                                        
                                                                 
Dry whole milk prices are steady. Production is sporadic. Some 
processors are expecting to increase the output as baking season 
is near. Inventories are steady. Spot sales are irregular. Some 
exports based on contracts are occurring to Central America. The 
market tone is steady.
