DRY WHOLE MILK - NATIONAL                                        
                                                                 
The f.o.b. spot market prices for dry whole milk are steady in a 
lightly tested market. Some brokers are clearing up old 
inventories reselling it at very low discount prices. Some 
unfilled offers were reported this week. Production is limited 
in some areas, due to the high requests for cream from butter 
churns and ice cream plants. Inventory levels vary from plant to 
plant.
