DRY WHOLE MILK - NATIONAL                                        
                                                                 
Dry whole milk prices are higher. Interest is light, with some higher 
interest in pallet-size quantities. Production is variable, depending on 
the schedule for fulfilling contract-based needs. Inventories are steady, 
with some producers indicating holdings are above what is needed during 
the remainder of Q2.
