DRY WHOLE MILK - NATIONAL                                        
                                                                 
Dry whole milk keep prices shifted higher on the top of the range and lower 
on the bottom. Buyers note they have options within the global marketplace 
for filling Q2 and beyond needs, but some end users work strictly with 
preferred suppliers and, hence, tend to agree to firmer pricing schedules. 
Inventories are higher than planned at some facilities. Production is 
intermittent.
