DRY WHOLE MILK - NATIONAL                                        
                                                                 
Dry whole milk prices are unchanged to higher as interest improves for 
near and mid-term uses. Some end users returned to domestic sourcing for 
dry whole milk as prices have approached those carried on import milk 
powder. Production is slow as many plant operators report dryer schedules 
are fully occupied with clearing seasonally increasing volumes of 
condensed skim. Dry whole milk inventories are adequate for near term FOB 
spot and contract fulfillment.
