Sales in the domestic f.o.b. spot market are steady. However, exports to Mexico has been very active throughout the week. Some industry participants anticipate a growth in demand as the spring holiday baking season approaches. At this point the market undertone is unsettled. Production of low/medium heat NDM is slightly lower as moderate condensed skim volumes are moving into ice cream manufacturing plants. Inventories are steady to slightly lower. High heat nonfat dry milk prices are mixed. Demand from the bakery sector is light. Production is sporadic, mostly based on contractual needs. Inventories are steady. F.O.B.
